Cooper Poile Associates are currently under a controlled expansion programme and are actively involved in all aspects of quantity surveying services and project management. As well as concentrating on fast track quick response fitting out contracts within the retail and leisure industries, Cooper Poile Associates have kept an active interest in local government and other similar bodies where the principles remain the same but more traditional construction methods and working practices are employed.
The practice recognises the clients need for 'cost control' and not 'cost reporting' and hence performs a pro-active role within the design team, ensuring the needs of the client are met from the aspect of programme, cost and quality, each project receives the personal attention of a chartered quantity surveyor who is either partner, associate partner or senior assistant of the practice.
The practice has wide experience of working within tight budgetary controls, capital expenditure limits and with strict accountability of all costs to the client.
